October week 2 mission

本周任務是面對恐懼

在你的生活中挑一件引發你恐懼的小事情,比如發布一張沒有濾鏡的真實自拍照、在咖啡廳跟人攀談、或是在會議中公開發言等,不要思考的去做。

面對自己的恐懼,是一個很健康的練習。

從生活中的小事情開始,慢慢鍛鍊自己的恐懼接受度,透過面對自己的恐懼,我們接納自己,進而接納人性的不完美處。

沒有人是完美的。那只是外在形塑出的假象。

恐懼是後天學習而來的,並非人類的天性;所以我們也能夠透過學習與練習,降低恐懼的頻率與增加面對的勇氣。

Pick a little thing that triggers your fear in your life, such as put on a selfie without a filter, chatting with a stranger in the cafe, or talking in the meeting, do not think too much, just do it.

Faced with our own fear, is a very healthy exercise.

From the little things in life, slowly forging our acceptance of fear, through facing our fear, we accept ourselves and then accept the imperfect human nature.

Nobody is perfect. It is just the shape of the illusion.

Fear is learned, not human nature; so we can also relearn and practice, reduce the frequency of fear and increase the courage to face it.
