Meditation Month-Oct. mission


十月份第一周的任務

我們已經接近2017年的年尾,讓我們安排一點獨處時光,透過冥想來清空我們雜亂的頭腦。

網路上有很多app可供利用;或是找幾個冥想引導的音頻,隨著聲音指示來放鬆心智。

或者是最簡單的,利用深長的呼吸,專注在一呼一吸的節奏上,來練習專心的力量。

專注,才是頭腦最好的休息。

可以每天安排五分鐘的冥想;或者每周來一個二十分鐘的泡澡冥想,長短都很好,重點是照顧我們的心智健康,維持清晰,才能保持做事情的品質。

We are close to the end of 2017, let us arrange a little time alone, through meditation to empty our messy mind.

There are many apps available on the app store; or to find meditations guiding audio, with the sound instructions to relax the mind.

Or the simplest, the use of deep breathing, focus on the breath, to practice the power of concentration.

Focus, is the best rest to our brain.

Can be arranged every day for five minutes of meditation; or twenty minutes of bath meditation once a week, the length doesn’t matter, the point is to take care of our mental health, to maintain the clarity, in order to maintain the quality of doing things.
