August week 2 mission


挑戰你的身體

星象張力非常強烈的一周。

水星從數天的停滯期終於在今天開始為期三周的逆行,同時還對分相海王星。太陽逐漸靠近北月交點、在為日食暖身,金星也將加入木星與冥王星的派對。

這樣的天體能量加上夏季炎熱的氣候,內在受到星象影響、外在受到環境與事件;就是對人類身體的一種挑戰。

所以本周我們利用這股能量,在運動健身或是冥想的時候,都練習覺察自己正在自我挑戰。安住在身體當中,好好扎根,借力使力的靠著地球本身的能量,度過這一周。

就像瑜珈練習時,練習到某些抗地心引力的動作時,其實也是相信即使跌倒,地面仍會接住我們。

不要被標題誤導,這裡的挑戰身體是覺知力的挑戰,看我們能否穩住自己的身體,不被躁動的能量捲入其中。

Astrological energy tension is very intense right now.

Mercury from a few days of stagnation finally started today for three weeks of retrograde, while also on the opposition to Neptune. The sun is gradually close to the north node of the moon, warm up for the solar eclipse, Venus will join Jupiter and Pluto's party.

This kind of celestial energy coupled with the hot summer weather, internally affected by astrology, externally affected by environment and events; is a challenge to the human body.

So this week we use this energy, in the sports fitness or meditation, to practicing awareness of our own self-challenge. Live in the body which, take root, leveraging the force of the earth's energy, through this week.

Like yoga practice, practice some pose of the anti-gravity, in fact, is to believe that even if we fall, the ground will catch us.

Do not be misleading by the title, the challenge here is the challenge of awareness, to see if we can stabilize the body, not being disturbed by the energy involved.
