April Week 2 mission


四月第二周任務

進入四月的第二個禮拜,本周要來挑戰自己煮飯。

為什麼呢?準備自己的食物,其實也是一個很好的練習:把自己的力量拿回來。

透過買菜與烹飪的過程,了解自己吃進去的東西是由那些食物組成的?

而自己烹飪也能確保每一樣食材都是天然、非化學的產物。

網路上有很多蔬食食譜、預先準備食物的教學等,參考一下大家的分享,發揮自己的創意,把喜歡的蔬果任意組合,就算是簡單的沙拉,也能慢慢培養出自己煮飯的成就感。

所以享受這一周的挑戰吧,每天至少自己準備一餐,如果你是大忙人,可以從早餐開始,如果你下班時間很規律,可以挑戰自己煮晚餐。

April second week mission
