明天就是日全食，本周的任務是付出與給予。
選擇一個你喜歡的主題，或是你想要改善的問題，調查一下是否已經有人早你一步著手進行改變，可能是一個動物救援的組織，例如我很愛的BJWT，創辦人艾迪因為愛動物，救援那些被人類虐待錯置於馬戲團、私人購買繁殖的大型貓科動物卻因為無知而餵食錯誤食物而讓動物生病受傷、被虐待棄置的各種動物。
或者是你關心非洲的教育問題、婦女的權利等，這世界千瘡百孔有太多議題是我們可以關心與改善的，即使只是搜尋相關資訊自我教育、分享相關資訊等，都是很好的起步。
讓我們把長時間關注在自己身上的目光延伸出去，把自己的能量給出去，可能是透過公益團體、可能是透過金錢捐贈。我們每個人都有一點可以貢獻的給群體的力量，積少成多、涓滴成海。讓善意成為獅子新月的開端，讓我們展現尊嚴的高度，一種對自己與對他人同等的尊重。

Let us redirect that long-time-focus-on-ourselves to extend out, and give our own energy to the world, may be through the charity, and may be donated money. Each of us has a little contribution to give to help humanity, add up, the trickle will become an ocean. Let the kindness be the beginning of the Leo new moon; let us show the height of dignity, one respect for yourself and others.
