玩樂是幫助我們回到平衡的重要步驟。
可以是幫自己訂下一趟藝術之旅、或者是跟好友去近郊走走、甚至是去逛一個二手市集，都是很棒的活動。
讓自己從專注的工作狀態中暫時抽身，不僅可以看到更大的畫面、也能讓新鮮的能量流入自己的工作中。

In August we were about to greet the eclipse season, and the high pressure of energy continued. Perhaps we invested a lot of effort in our work in July, ignoring the importance of having fun.
Play is an important step to help us get back to balance.
We can set a trip to the art gallery, or go with friends to the suburbs, or even to visit a second-hand market, all are great activities.
So that we can temporary withdrawal from all focus on the work, not only can see a larger picture, but also allow fresh energy into our work.
