Elevate yourself-July week 2 mission

無論是專業度、私人生活或是在體能表現上提升。這些都是自己的某個部分，但是人喜歡留在舒適圈，或是踏出試探性的一小步又縮回自己的舒適圈。
在這個禮拜，試圖將自己徹底推出舒適圈，提高自己的視野，看看我們可以在哪方面突破到另一個層次。
對我來說，七月很巧的發生了兩件事讓我有提升自己的機會，一是走出私人課堂、舉辦公開的講座；二是對於這個遊戲，在心態上產生了停滯期，每當周日要發表遊戲更新的時候，我都會自問，我執著於更新這個沒有人參與的遊戲的原因是什麼？何不就此放棄、暫停更新，反正又沒人在等。
有趣的是當初我開始這個遊戲的時候，本來也是轉化自己的作用，也沒有其他人的參與。
今天這篇更新，就是我提升自己的內在心態的嘗試；同時將自己往外跟往內拓展，突破自己的藉口、舒適圈與逃避心態等。
自問你在哪方面對自己手軟？在這一周，找回你的初衷，如果你正在學外語，從一天背三個單字、到一天背十個，甚至用已經背好的單字去找該外語國家的人聊天。把這個當作一周的小實驗與小遊戲，看看適合與否。反正你隨時都可以走回你的舒適圈，它不會跑掉的。
Whether it is professional, private life or physical performance to enhance. These are some of our own, but human beings like to stay in the comfort zone, or take a tentative small step and retract back right away.
In this week, trying to launch ourselves out of the comfortable zone, improve our horizons, to see where we can break through to another level.
For me, July coincides with two things happened so that I have to upgrade mine, one is step out of the private classroom, held a public lecture; the second is for this game, I was in my mentality blocked, whenever Sunday needs to publish the game update, I will ask myself, why am I dedicated to update this game which is no one participate in? Why not give up, suspend the update, anyway, no one waiting.
Interestingly, when I started this game, it was also the role of transformation for me, and no other people's participation.
Today, this update, that is, I try to enhance my inner minds; at the same time to go outward and inward with my own expansion, break through these excuses, comfortable zone and escape mentality.
Ask yourself where you are soft on yourself? In this week, find your original intention. If you are learning a foreign language, from memorized three vocabularies a day, to ten vocabularies a day, even with the vocabularies you have right now, go find and chat with the foreign language people. Take this as a week of small experiment/game to see if it fits or not. You can go back to your comfort zone at any time, it will not run away.
