DETOX WATER

Welcome to the first week of April, happy April!

This week's mission is detox, on this topic can talk about everything, the scope is too wide, not much in-depth here, but to provide a few directions for everyone.

Detox can be the simplest body detox, the method have from relaxed to extreme. Want an easy start, have a cup of lemon warm water every morning is a very mild detox method; extreme can try seven days a course of The Amazing Liver & Gallbladder Flush by Andreas Moritz (detailed method please google it), eat less pesticide fruits and vegetables, eat more organic fruits and vegetables.

It can also be emotional detox, from your own grasping emotions and

Psychological complex, you can write diary for seven days to observe yourself, or sit meditation to the emotions cause by people or things.

If you want to do the environmental detox, in addition to the declutter challenge last month, but also clean out filled with chemical ingredients of cleaning products into natural ingredients alternatives,

Face up to the fact that we live in a toxin era, take responsibility for taking care of our bodies, and take care of our planet.

四月第一周的任務

歡迎來到四月的第一周,四月快樂!

這周的任務是排毒,關於這個主題可以談得範圍太廣,不多深入,只是提供幾個方向讓大家有點靈感。

排毒可以是最簡單的身體排毒,方法從輕鬆到極端都有。想要輕鬆一點的人,每天早上一杯檸檬溫開水是一個很溫和的排毒方法;極端的可以嘗試七天一個療程的肝膽排毒(詳細方法請自行google,文章結尾有簡單的介紹),少吃農藥重的蔬果換成有機蔬果等。

也可以是情緒排毒,從自己緊抓不放的情緒與情結下手,可以連續七天寫日記來觀照自己,或是靜坐冥想來觀想引發情緒的人事物。

如果想要從環境排毒著手,除了上個月的清掃任務之外,還可以把充滿化學成分的清潔用品換成天然成分的替代物,例如洗髮精換成手工皂、洗衣精換成天然皂絲等等。

正視我們活在一個毒素時代的事實,負起責任照顧自己的身體、進而照顧我們的地球。

p.s.肝膽排毒:前六天每天喝一瓶蘋果汁、第六天中午後就斷食,晚上六點、八點各喝一次洩鹽水;十點喝橄欖油混合檸檬汁與柳丁汁後就睡覺,隔天早上六點與八點再喝洩鹽水,中午以後恢復進食(或參考我多年前的經驗分享文章)
